Tactics of Self Control

Sometimes I struggle with authority and sometimes its hard to keep the words I say under control. One day while being lectured, the phrase “bite your tongue” slipped into my head while I was trying not to burst out screaming, later on the phrase changed into “i’ll bite my tongue even if it means…” and thats when I got the idea for this.
