Submission Terms

Creative Divergents allows you to upload your own images, text and other content (“Submission(s)”) provided that you do so strictly in accordance with the following agreement.

By uploading (or otherwise submitting) Submission(s) to Creative Divergents, you:

• grant Creative Divergents a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, limited license to use, publish, reproduce, display, distribute, use for promotional purposes, and sublicense for cross-promotional purposes such Submission(s), either through print, online, or other media;
• represent and warrant to Creative Divergents that you are the original creator of the Submission(s);
• represent and warrant to Creative Divergents that you own or otherwise control all rights to such Submission(s) and that use and disclosure of the Submission(s) by Creative Divergents (including, without limitation, publicizing the Submission(s)) will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.

Your work is your work.  You still retain the rights to it and may do anything else you want with it.

The submission fee is non-refundable.
