“The Shoes” came from a drawing I did as an early student that I scanned and recreated in photoshop. I juxtaposed the charcoal drawn shoes against scanned lace and a photograph I took of concert lights. The end resulted in an interesting and colorful image.

I am heavily influenced by the outside world. The changes in temperature, the cloud coverage, the lights distributed along plants, the vertical and horizontal layers of the woods. I show in my art work the cropped complexity of the natural environment.
